“The diagnosis of my painful heel by a podiatrist was a spur and tendonitis. Prescribed cure: anti-inflammatory drugs, arch support and injection of cortisone into the heel. When I stopped taking the drugs, the pain was worse. The arch support was useless. I refused the cortisone. I also suffered on and off from sciatica. I needed someone who would expertly interpret the x-rays of my spine and take an x-ray of my heel to see whether I had a spur or not. Dr. Riley did just that.

Carpal Tunnel Health

My doctor asked me to wear wrist restraints at night. Sometimes they were needed during the day because when driving numbness and tingling occured. The wrist restraints did help somewhat, but the actual problem of tingling, burning and numbness never went away.

Your comment to me was: when you are done with your treatment you will throw your restraints away.
